JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-09-2018 The only controversy in the present writ petition is as to whether the degree obtained by the petitioners from Dr. Ambedkar Hindi Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, Bihar, regarding Teachers Training is valid and genuine as also recognized or not ? In view of the disputed question of facts involved in the present writ petition, it would be appropriate to direct the petitioners to approach the District Education Officer Rohtas at Sasaram i.e. Respondent No.4 who shall examine the case of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6933 of 2016 (4) dt.25-09-2018 2/2 petitioners in light of the judgment dated 07.12.2015 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 6740 of 2013 and take a final decision within a period of twelve weeks from today.

It is needless to state that the petitioners shall file a representation before the respondent no.4 within a period of two weeks from today, annexing all relevant documents as also a copy of the aforesaid judgment dated 07.12.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6740 of 2013 so that the District Education Officer, Rohtas at Sasaram can adjudicate the case of the petitioners. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
