Case No. 77 of 2013 is counter blast to the earlier case bearing Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 76 of 2013.

From perusal of the records it appears that both the FIR are in respect of same allegations on the same date. The allegations in both the cases are of assault and firing by both the parties against each other. It also appears that the parties are on inimical terms. Such factual submissions regarding the case being

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21826 of 2014 (2) dt.29-06-2017 2/2 false cannot be looked into by this Court exercising jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
