2. Earlier vide order dated 12.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.60633 of 2025 a Status Report was called for from the Court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-X, Bhagalpur regarding how much time is needed for disposal of this case in connection with S.Tr. No.996 of 2023 arising out of Shahkund P.S. Case no.96 of 2023.

3. It appears that vide Letter No.110, dated 25.09.2025 send by learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-VII, four months time is needed by learned District & Additional Sessions Judge-VII for disposal of this case.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for Regular Bail of this
