2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 506, 354A, 354B, 504, 453, 380, 307, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to F.I.R., on 03.05.20 at about 11:30 AM, 19 F.I.R. named accused persons along with 50-60 unknown persons came at the house of informant and started searching for her Bhagina's son. It is alleged that the accused persons assaulted informant and her family members, tried to outrage her modesty and destroyed the household articles.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and has got no concern with

It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Hon'ble Court vide Annexure P-2 series. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P. S. Case No. 77 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
