The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 21 of 2006 for the offences registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act Considering the nature of allegation made in the First Information Report and that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and that the name of the petitioner surfaced on the basis of the confessional statement made before the police by four persons, who were apprehended from the spot, which has no evidentiary value, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15977 of 2016 (4) dt.02-09-2016 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Sherghati at Gaya, in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case . 21 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
