2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for direction to respondents for due investigate to the Pipra P.S. case No.96/2022 according to law which has been lodged by deceased Umesh Kumar Yadav.

(ii) For further issue direction to respondents for arresting the F.I.R. named accused persons, who have committed alleged offence.

(iii) For further issue direction to the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1842 of 2024(4) dt.07-07-2025 2/2 respondents for considering the application dated 24.03.2023, which has been filed before the respondents.

3. Pursuant to the order dated 26.06.2025, the SHO of Pipra Police Station, East Champaran, Motihari and the IO of the case have appeared. They have submitted that the investigation of the case is going on properly.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed a representation before the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran, Motihari.

5. In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran, Motihari to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.
