Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 387, 506 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code, section 17 of the CLA Act as well as section 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears that he was arrested in Bhagwanpur P.S. case no. 143/2015 and thereafter, made confessional statement and got remanded in this case on 17.12.2015.

It appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
