JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-04-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks a direction to be issued to the respondents to hand over investigation of Forbesganj P.S.Case No. 468 of 2015 dated 11.09.2015 registered under Sections 489-B, 489-C and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code either to the CID or to the CBI for finding the truth. On query made by the Court, it is fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is neither the informant nor an accused in this case. He has submitted that the husband of the petitioner has been made accused in the aforesaid case

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1338 of 2015 dt.04-04-2016 2/2 and therefore, the petitioner has filed the present case before this Court.

In my view, the application is misconceived. The petitioner is a stranger to the case. She has no locus standi in the matter.

In that view of the matter, the application is dismissed. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Pradeep/- U T
