JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 26-06-2019 The short grievance of the petitioner is that his claim for grant of increment and benefits of assured career progression, as raised by representations dated 23.11.2016 and 12.7.2017 (Annexure 4 series), have not been considered by respondent No. 4.

Entitlement of the petitioner for the benefits claimed in the said representations has to be examined by respondent No. 4. In view thereof pendency of the writ petition would serve no useful purpose.

The writ petition is disposed of. Respondent No. 4 should take a final decision on petitioner's claim by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law and if any dues are
