The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sheohar P.S. Case No. 74 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 470 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner and others had taken Rs. 2,70,000/- along with the documents from the informant on the pretext of giving job and neither job nor money was returned.

It is submitted that the petitioner did not take any money. Similarly situated co-accused Rani Devi and Devendra Singh vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38693 of 2015 on 28.09.2015 and Ashok Kumar Singh vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11392 of 2016 on 17.03.2016 have already been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16285 of 2016 (2) dt.10-05-2016 2/2 enlarged on anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in Sheohar P.S. Case No. 74 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
