JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-04-2016 Petitioner being husband of the informant is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 f the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The basic accusation is of torture for nonfulfilment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner admits his marriage with the informant but it is claimed that the informant is residing with some other person with whom she has children. Though the petitioner is still ready to keep the informant with dignity and honour but counsel for the informant submits that informant is not ready to accept the offer since she is apprehensive due to the past conduct of the petitioner.

No.56150 of 2015 (4) dt.21-04-2016 2/2 In the circumstance, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 93 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
