JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 211 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report submitted by Manager (Security) of Bihar Cement Plant that a person was caught with stolen iron cutting in a vehicle. The informant reached at the Main door of the factory. It is alleged that on the main gate the Supervisor Premjit Tiwari and Guard Jitendra Singh apprehended one vehicle in which five quintal of iron cuttings were loaded by this petitioner and he was apprehended. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in paragraph-9 of the case diary it has come that the petitioner was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1192 of 2018 (3) dt.16-02-2018 2/2 found sitting in the aforesaid vehicle.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
