Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 25.06.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12153 of 2021.

It is submitted that subsequently similarly situated coaccused Vikash Kumar Sahu and Ghuran Sah @n Ghuran Sahu have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.10.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56614 of 2022. Petitioner is in custody since 05.08.2020 having clean antecedent. Charge has been framed on 10.02.2021 and till date no witness has been examined on behalf of prosecution. Counsel for informant however vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58087 of 2022(3) dt.04-01-2023 2/2 Considering the period of custody and stage of trial, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Andhratharhi P.S. Case No. 58 of 2020 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 02 of 2021.
