Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kudra P.S. Case No.194 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The informant saw two persons coming on a motorcycle carrying bag but seeing the police, both the motorcyclist started fleeing away. On chase Sonu Chaudhary was apprehended and he disclosed the name of the petitioner who managed to flee away from the place of occurrence. From the bag fell down on the road, 221 pouches each containing 180 ml. Crazy Romeo English Wine were recovered.

Taking into consideration the facts that the petitioner and Sonu Chaudhary were found carrying liquor on a

No.54901 of 2019(2) dt.30-08-2019 2/2 motorcycle but seeing the police both the motorcyclist managed to flee away but Sonu Chaudhary was apprehended and Sonu Chaudhary disclosed the name of the petitioner and huge quantity of liquor was recovered, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
