ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 31-10-2023 Learned counsel for the respondent no.3 has stated that the petitioner may be directed to approach the authorities with the fresh representation along with the supportive documents to substantiate his claim that the petitioner has completed the work entrusted to him. Having regard to the above, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation to the respondent no. 3 along with the supportive documents within a period of two weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order.

2. On such representation being made, the respondent no. 3 shall duly verify the bills submitted by the petitioner, and in case, he comes to the conclusion that the claim made by the petitioner is genuine, he shall make necessary arrangement for payment of the amounts due.

3. In case, respondent no. 3 requires any clarification with regard to the bills submitted by the petitioner, he shall put the petitioner on notice and seek necessary information and make the payments.

4. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of the representation by the petitioner.

5. With the above direction, the writ petitioner stands disposed off.
