2. This application has been filed for quashing of order dated 02.09.2015 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Siwan Muffasil (Mahadeva) P.S. Case No. 48 of 2013 by which learned Magistrate has taken cognizance against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 120B, 363, 364A, 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioners has been found true and the charge-sheet has been submitted by the police. This Court will not see the defence materials at this stage.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts, this application is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15664 of 2016(3) dt.13-09-2023 2/2 disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the grounds at the stage of framing of charge.
