2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 168 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 309(4) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, three unknown criminals on a motorcycle stopped the informant and snatched Rs. 1,35,708/-, motorcycle key and a mobile from the informant.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2025 and has nine criminal antecedents. The petitioner was seen along with the other co-accused persons on a motorcycle before committing the crime.

5. Considering the materials available on record and also considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am
