JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 09-12-2015 In all fairness, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is no more the Chairman of the concerned Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society and, as such, now her godown can only be used if the new management of the PACS decides to use it.

Accordingly, as prayed, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ application.

However, it is made clear that the licence, as would appear from Annexure-1, was granted not personally to the petitioner rather it has been granted to the Chairman of Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society, Sareya, therefore, the present Chairman of the Society, if so advised, would be at liberty to raise the issue concerned before the competent forum.
