It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that initially the instant application was filed for expeditious disposal of the proceedings of case no. M1310 of 2019. During pendency of the instant application, the same has been disposed of against which the petitioner has preferred Cr. Revision no.117 of 2021 before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur.

In view of the above, the instant application having become infructuous, the same is disposed of.
