1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 84 of 2024 disclosing offences punishable under Sections 363, 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the petitioner along with other accused persons kidnapped the son of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is dispute between husband and wife for a very long period of time and due to that the present case has been lodged by the informant against her husband and in-laws. He also submits that

He next submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 13.11.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.65158 of 2024. The petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2024 and the trial is not likely to be concluded in near future.

Regard being had to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, taking into consideration the fact that charge sheet has been submitted, there is no likelihood that the petitioner will abscond or tamper with the evidence and the period of custody i.e. since 11.05.2024, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 84 of 2024.
