2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 329 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) and 21(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 535.04 grams of smack from the cow shed of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the huge recovery of smack from the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57900 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 cow shed of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
