1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 26.09.2018, passed in CWJC No.10444 of 2018, the entire arrears of salary have already stood paid to the petitioner inasmuch as earlier, a sum of Rs.45.35 lacs, approximately was paid vide cheque dated 16.07.2020 and thereafter, a sum of

Patna High Court MJC No.3345 of 2019(4) dt.18-10-2024 2/2 Rs.17.72 lacs approximately has been paid vide cheque dated 27.08.2024, hence it is submitted that no outstanding dues are pending for payment as far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some more payments are due to be paid to the petitioner, hence she be granted liberty to agitate her subsisting grievances by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The petition stands disposed off.
