The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hisua P. S. Case No. 182 of 2010 registered under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the specific allegation made by the victim, Jhalaki Kumari aged about 4 years that the petitioner abducted her and a demand of Rs.1,00,000/- is alleged to have been made by the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail for the present. The application is rejected. Since investigation has already been completed and charge sheet has been submitted before the court below, the Jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to expedite the trial and
