JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the State.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 148, 149, 307, 504, 506, 341 and 323 of Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

There is allegation that the firing opened by the petitioner hit the informant's son.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the case diary injury report of the Arbind Kumar is not recorded. There is no averment in the petition that the firing opened by the petitioner did not cause any injury to Arbind Kumar. In view of nature of allegations, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused with direction to surrender and seek

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16809 of 2016 (2) dt.05-05-2016 2/2 regular bail which would be disposed of on its own merit without prejudice, preferably on the same day.
