In compliance of the order of this Court dated 25.09.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. no. 10190 of 2018, the Registrar, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara has passed an order dated 06.07.2020, wherein a sum of Rs. 58,47,269/- has been found payable to the petitioner and admittedly, the same has also been paid to the petitioner.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court MJC No.3348 of 2019(4) dt.23-02-2022 2/2 petitioner is entitled to more pecuniary benefits, for which, the petitioner should be granted liberty to avail appropriate remedy available under the law.
Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however with the aforesaid liberty. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) rinkee/- U
