JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 364 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that son of the informant used to stay in the house of the petitioner at Gaya and work there. Thereafter, his son did not return and has become traceless.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 15.1.2016. He has got no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted in the present case. The case has been instituted after eight months from the date of missing of the victim. Except for the confessional statement of the petitioner, there is no substantive material to implicate the petitioner in the present case.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like
