JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 26-03-2019 The petitioner prays for quashing of various show cause notices issued to him on the ground that practically no time has been given to the petitioner to effectively reply to those notices and the issuance of such successive notices merely reflects a vindictive approach of the respondent authorities.
2. Mr. Kalyan Shankar, learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.3762 of 2019 dt.26-03-2019 2/2 petitioner has submitted that reply to all the show cause notices have already been filed by him which are yet to be responded to.
3. It is expected that the respondent authorities, after going through the show cause reply filed by the petitioner shall pass necessary orders in accordance with law, if so required.
4. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed off.
