2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that one Chhotu took away the son of the informant on his bike and took to Bag Bagya Gaachi where 8 to 10 boys were present. The informant went there and came to know that co-accused Md. Chhotu shot fire on the chest of the son of the informant and during course of treatment, he died in hospital.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the name of this petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Chhotu. It has further been submitted that the informant is not the eye witness. He has also submitted that named accused Chhotu Sahni and other co-accused Raja Yadav have been granted bail by learned co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 23217 of 2022 and 74692 of 2023. The case of this petitioner stands on better footing than that of Chhotu. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Moreover, he is languishing in judicial custody since 27.05.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Bishanpur P.S. Case No. 99 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
