The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 345/2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Yogendra Paswan the informant filed a complaint petition on the basis of which the present F.I.R. was lodged. The informant made general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is the married Sister-in-law of the deceased and no specific allegation of demand of dowry and torture is made against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and she is married Sister-in-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16042 of 2016 (3) dt.01-07-2016 2/2 law of the deceased, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 345/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
