(hereinafter referred to as the 'Bank') are present.

2. In view of the law settled by a Special Bench of this Court in the case of Organizer, Dehri C.D. & C.M. Union Limited Vs The State of Bihar & Ors. reported as 2014(1) PLJR 695, no writ petition is maintainable against a Co-operative Society, the Bank being a Co-operative Society, the present writ petition is not maintainable and, accordingly, stands disposed off.

3. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to move
