Petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 376D and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation of committing rape is against other accused persons and the petitioners are alleged to have helped them in fleeing away from the place of occurrence. In fact petitioner no.2 has lodged case against husband of the informant and others. In revenge they implicated the petitioners. They are in custody since 24.8.2021.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69741 of 2021(2) dt.04-03-2022 2/2 the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let all the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge VII cum Special Judge, POCSO Act Motihari, East Champaran in Mahila Police Station Case No. 37 of 2021, CIS No.128 of 2021.
