====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-02-2024 Heard Mr. Mithilesh Kumar Rai, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Ajit Kumar, learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. In compliance of order dated 22.12.2023, it has been informed by 20th Additional District & Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, vide Letter No. 04 dated 05.01.2024, that the trial is being conducted on day to day basis, however, sometime is being taken due to non cooperation of prosecution witnesses.

3. Considering the aforesaid information, the Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur, is directed to ensure production of all the witnesses on each date fixed by the learned District Court in light of order dated 10.02.2023 passed in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No(s). 4560 of 2022, which has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61240 of 2023(3) dt.02-02-2024 2/2 already been disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of passing of the order dated 26.04.2022.

4. Learned trial Court is directed to strictly comply with the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

5. Accordingly, the present bail application is disposed of.
