The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 420, 406 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, in the SSC examination being conducted, online by Novtech Digital Pvt. Ltd, it is stated that in place of Sonu Kumar and Kundan Kumar, Manoj Kumar and the petitioner herein were caught giving the examination. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case under a wrong impression. He is in custody since 9.10.2021 and investigation in the case is complete. He has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that co-accused Manoj Kumar has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 28.1.2022 passed in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70068 of 2021(2) dt.27-04-2022 2/2 Cr. Misc. no. 70250 of 2021.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation in the FIR, the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent and having remained in custody for more than 6 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case no. 249 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate V, Danapur, District Patna.
