2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 244 of 2024 registered for the offences under Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act and under Sections 317(2), 303(2) of the Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the FIR, it is alleged that there is recovery of 29.600 liters of codeine rich cough syrup from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 15.7.2024.

5. Considering the quantum of recovery, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed for the present. If the trial is delayed due to fault of the prosecution side, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
