JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case under sections 341, 323, 504, 307/34 of the IPC.

The informant alleged that driver of INOVA vehicle bearing No. BR-01P-0519 dashed his car. When the informant raised objection, the driver and other persons sitting in the INOVA vehicle dragged the driver of the informant on the road and assaulted him with iron rod causing injury on his head. The driver of the INOVA vehicle, who was apprehended, disclosed the name of the petitioner as his associate.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56346 of 2015 (3) dt.22-01-2016 2/2 with a direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be disposed of, preferably on the same day, on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
