The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bagaha (Pathkhauli) P. S. Case No. 293 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegedly, Lallan Ram and Shiv Kumar were caught by the villagers when they had come to the village and were demanding Rs. 500/- from each persons on the pretext of providing job, facilitate to get bank loan and both stated the names of the petitioners also regarding their hands in such activities. Submission is of false implication and that the name of the petitioners were disclosed by Lallan Ram and Shiv Kumar, nobody has stated that the petitioners demanded any money from any person, nobody has complained about the activities of

No.55646 of 2017(3) dt.12-01-2018 2/2 the petitioners, Lallan Ram has already been granted regular bail whereas other four persons whose names were disclosed along with the petitioners by Lallan Ram and Shiv Kumar have already been allowed pre-arrest bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 41608 of 2017 by another co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.12.2017 and as such the petitioners deserve sympathetic consideration.
Learned APP fairly submits that Nandlal Kushwaha and three others have been allowed pre-arrest bail. In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioners above named, in case of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha (Pathkhauli) P.
