In view of the materials on record, the Court finds that till the time the issue is not finally decided by the Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Magadh Division, Gaya in terms of the Registrar remanding the matters to him in Surcharge Appeals Case No. 1 of 2016, 2 of 2016, 7 of 2015 and 8 of 2015, the relief claimed by the petitioner in the present writ application cannot be finally granted to him.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the matter before the Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Magadh Division, Gaya.

4. Depending on the result of the said surcharge appeals, the petitioner shall further be at liberty to move before the appropriate forum, if required, in accordance with law. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) Anjani/- U
