JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2023 The petitioner by way of this writ petition has prayed as under : - "(I) For quashing the order dated 23.02.2015 by which the Special Director, Secondary Education has quashed Memo No.258 dated 28.01.2014 of the Bihar Sanskrit Siksha Board.

(II) For any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled for."

The Managing Committee was formed of the Sanskrit School by the Secretary on 28th January, 2014, which was set aside by the Special Director, Education on 23.2.2015 in an appeal preferred before it.

The petitioner prays for quashing of the said order,

Patna High Court CWJC No.2868 of 2019(3) dt.15-02-2023 2/2 however, this Court finds that the said governing body can not be restored after a period of almost six years, as tenure of a managing committee is of three years.

Since relief can not be granted to the petitioner the other issues are academic, writ petition is dismissed. (Sanjeev Prakash Sharma, J) Chn/- Item No.45 U
