2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pusa P.S. Case No.86 of 2023 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 354, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner no.1 (fatherin-law of the informant) tried to outrage the modesty of the informant and also snatched mangalsutra and petitioner no.2 (mother-in-law of the informant) is also involved in the said occurrence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant and her family members had assaulted petitioner no.1

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60639 of 2023(2) dt.11-10-2023 2/2 and for the said occurrence, petitioner no.1 has lodged Pusa P.S. Case No.85 of 2023 and to save herself, the informant has filed the present case with ulterior motive. Petitioner no.1 received several injuries upon his body. There is no material against the petitioners. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Pusa P.S. Case No.86 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) Harish/- U T
