The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No.121 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 447, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the injuries sustained by two injured persons were found simple by the doctor who examined them. He submitted that the ingredients of the offence punishable under Section 307 would not be attracted in the present case.

Be that as it may, regard being had to the nature of injuries sustained by the injured, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is
