This application has been filed for anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed this Court that merely summon has been issued in the complaint case and no non-bailable warrant has been issued till date. In above view of the matter, in view of the law settled in Criminal Miscellaneous Case No.51075 of 2014 disposed of on 14.05.2015 by a Single Judge Bench of this Court, this application would not be maintainable and, thus, is dismissed as such.
