The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 337, 338, 332, 333, 307 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

On getting information that one motorcycle was snatched by unknown person and thereafter, the informant inquired about the same, on which some persons with lathi, danda, hockey stick, knife and stones attacked him and despite his efforts, 8 to 10 persons continuously attacked him and causing injury on both hands and knee.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He

No.69673 of 2021(3) dt.19-07-2022 2/2 further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and the informant has not identified to the petitioners and other accused persons. On the basis of the statement to the Chaukidar and local villagers, the name of these petitioners came into light. From perusal of the impugned order, it is mentioned that the informant has sustained simple injury. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Bhagalpur in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 93 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
