2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 86 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was killed by unknown persons.

4. During investigation, the mobile phone of the deceased and the motorcycle of the deceased have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner has also confessed his guilt and is in custody since 13.04.2024.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is involved in the murder of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.
