This is the second attempt of the petitioners to seek bail as earlier their bail application was rejected vide order dated 16.02.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 54568 of 2021 as the case related to recovery of ganja in commercial quantity weighing 298 kg and petitioners were driver and khalashi of the truck from which the alleged ganja was recovered.
