2. This application has been filed for restoration of CWJC No. 10741 of 2021 which stood dismissed for noncompliance of the order dated 25.07.2024.

3. For the reasons stated in the restoration petition, the prayer for restoration is allowed and CWJC No. 10741 of 2021 is restored to its original file.

4. Accordingly, the present restoration petition stands disposed of.

5. Four weeks' further time is granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to comply with the order dated 25.07.2024 passed in CWJC No. 10741 of 2021.
