JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-05-2019 At the very outset, learned APP for the State has pointed out that in this case process under Sections 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C. has already been issued against the petitioners. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that one of the co-accused person though she is a lady has been granted regular bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. Heard learned counsel for the informant also. Heard both sides, in view of the fact that the process under Sections 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C. has already been issued against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, they may move for regular bail before the court below, which shall be considered by the learned court below on the basis of materials available against
