It is stated that the respondents, who are defendants of Title Suit No. 305 of 1994, have violated/disobeyed the injunction order passed by the Court in the said suit. If that be so, the petitioner may approach the Court where the suit is pending for taking steps in accordance with the provisions contained in the Code of Civil Procedure.
