1. The prayer of the petitioners in the present writ application is for shifting back of the date of grant of Graduate Trained Pay Scale and Headmaster Pay Scale from the date of entitlement i.e. from 01.05.2013 to 09.07.2009 with all consequential benefits.

2. Mr. Shivendra Kishore, learned senior counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7062 of 2016(5) dt.02-05-2024 2/2 petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is fully covered by the judgment passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 15610 of 2018 & C.W.J.C. No. 22068 of 2014.

3. On 22.04.2024, on the prayer of the State counsel, one week time was granted to go through the judgment and make his response. However, no body appears for the State.

4. In view of the nature of prayer made in the writ application, the same is disposed with direction to the respondent no. 4 / District Education Officer, Gopalganj to examine the claim of the petitioners as per law and if the District Education Officer, Gopalganj finds that the judgment of this Court is applicable in the case of the petitioners, he will pass a reasoned order. The reasoned order must be passed within a period of four months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
