JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 19-02-2015 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has already approached the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Patna for redressal of his grievance under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002(hereinafter to be referred to as "the Act"). As such, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ application to enable the petitioner to pursue the aforesaid matter.
Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty granted to the petitioner.
