JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2017 This criminal miscellaneous application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44041 of 2017 to extend the date of surrender as earlier the petitioner could not surrender due to unavoidable circumstances. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the grounds sufficient, this criminal miscellaneous application is hereby allowed and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court of learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P. S. Case No. 192 of 2017 and on his so surrendering he shall be released on bail in terms of order dated 19.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44041 of 2017.
